Roseau, September 2014. Mr Anthony Bailey in his capacity of the Secretary General and Magistral Delegate for Inter-Religious Relations of the Constantinian Order, paid a visit to the Commonwealth of Dominica from 30 September 2014 to 1 October 2014 where he met with a number of state and religious dignitaries.
The Delegate met with HE Charles Angelo Savarin, President of the Commonwealth of Dominica which was followed by meetings with HE Hon Reginald Austrie, Acting Prime Minister of Dominica, the Most Reverend Gabriel Malzaire, Bishop of Roseau and HE Cardinal Kelvin Edward Felix, Archbishop Emeritus of Castries.
Mr Bailey also had a tour of a number of charitable projects supported by the Constantinian Order which include the renovation of Our Lady of Fair Haven Cathedral, the building of the Diocesan Youth Centre, the renovation of Our Lady of Morne Carmel Retirement Home and the renovation of St Peter’s Presbytery in Colihaut.
