London, May 2010. Painting & Patronage was invited to exhibit a set of paintings by HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal at the Royal Film Première of ARABIA 3D.
The high profile event held at the BFI IMAX theatre in London was attended by over six hundred people and held in the presence of HRH The Prince of Wales and HRH Prince Turki Al-Faisal.
Among other prominent visitors to view the Painting & Patronage exhibition were the Secretary General of the League of Arab States, HE Amr Moussa, HRH Prince Turki bin Naser bin Abdul Aziz, Chairman of the Saudi Environment Monitoring and Protection Authority and Sheikh Khalid Ali-Reza, Executive Producer of ARABIA 3D.

Painting & Patronage was formally launched by HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud in 1999 as a private royal initiative. It is considered to be one of the most prominent cultural and educational exchange initiatives between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the international community.
