London, June 2016. Anthony Bailey Consulting together with British Influence will launch a new and comprehensive 50 page report entitled ‘Brexit: the Irish Dimension’ on Thursday 16 June 2016 at 18:00, at Hoare Memorial Hall, Church House, Great Street Entrance, Westminster, London SW1P 3AZ.

This report, issued days before the EU Referendum in the UK, examines the potential economic and political impact a vote to leave the European Union could have on Northern Ireland, on Ireland and on the Anglo-Irish relationship. The report puts the progress of the recent years in context and reminds us of the depth and scale of the contemporary relationship between our two countries, and how important our membership of the EU is to that relationship.

Keynote speaker will be Professor Mary McAleese, former President of Ireland and now Distinguished Professor in Irish Studies at St Mary’s University Twickenham.

Other guest speakers will include Anthony Bailey, OBE, Chairman of Anthony Bailey Consulting and Co-President of British Influence, Mr Peter Wilding, Director of British Influence, Dr Charles Tannock, London MEP, and former Europe minister, Lord Peter Hain.

The evening’s discussion will be chaired by Anthony Cory CMG, former British Ambassador to Sweden.

The report has been funded by Anthony Bailey Consulting and the launch event is kindly supported by St Mary’s University Twickenham.

A drinks reception will follow.
